I am an ex-Bostonian who migrated to London 26 years ago and settled in the countryside of East Sussex.
My practice incorporates the spirit and formality of traditional Persian/Indian manuscript painting while exploring a play of visual language. I work with the concept of containers, specifically vessels, and pages, to give form to that which cannot be seen.
These works are intimate in scale.
